I assist with providing practical legal guidance, comprehensive audits, and detailed compliance assessments, helping clients navigate complex legal and regulatory matters with confidence. My role focuses on delivering clear, structured support, strengthening compliance processes, and helping organizations meet their obligations efficiently and effectively.

As a Special Projects Manager, I oversee client-specific projects ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions and ongoing support. I serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing project execution and compliance requirements from inception to completion. My role focuses on coordinating complex initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and helping organizations meet their obligations efficiently and effectively.

Yelia Hall

Training Development and Client Coordinator

As the Training Development and Client Coordinator, I support RMI through financial administration, client liaison, internal coordination and training development. With more than 25 years’ experience, I bring a strong background in communication, structure and people development to my role. My experience as an examiner, cluster leader and mentor further supports my work in training development and professional client support, while I continue to grow my knowledge in the legal and compliance field.

Andrew Hewett

Legal Support

As a member of RMi Global’s Legal Compliance Team, I support the development of legal registers, statutory research, obligation mapping, compliance documentation and legal advisory content. Having completed the academic requirements for an LLB degree, I bring a strong foundation in legal research, analysis and structured drafting to my role. My work further supports RMi Global’s legal audits, compliance evaluations, legal register systems and advisory services, with all legal opinions and content prepared under senior legal review.

ISO Lead Auditor & SHEQ Specialist

As a SHEQ and Management Systems Consultant and Lead Auditor, I support organisations in developing practical, ISO-aligned systems that strengthen compliance, operational effectiveness and continual improvement. My experience covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, ISO 13485 and ISO 19011 across engineering, construction, manufacturing and service-based industries. Through auditing, system development and professional guidance, I help organisations establish effective management systems that support sustainable performance and regulatory compliance.
